| I've gotten really bad about posting on here regularly. Alsdorf got onto me for not talking about the baby and stuffs. So...
The pregnancy is going pretty well, I suppose. I go to the doctor again on Thursday to see the "little bun," as auntie Alsdorf so lovingly calls the baby. Supposedly it's about the length of a lemon right now, it's head is almost proportional with its body, the teeny tiny arms are proportional, and my baby has his or her own set of fingerprints already! I'm so excited! I'll have to scan a picture of the ultrasound next week so I can post it on here.

| Last night was wonderful. The long-awaited Christmas present of Spamalot was finally realized! I was so excited to see it, especially after my third Wicked fiasco. It's really depressing when you buy tickets to see a musical THREE TIMES and you still haven't seen it. However, seeing Spamalot made up for it. Mostly.
We went to dinner at the Hobbit Cafe where Kenny was his usual entertaining self, particularly when he was trying to eat his huge hamburger... he couldn't fit it in his mouth! He had so much stuff all over his face, but he couldn't put the burger down to wipe his face with a napkin. I think Dad ended up helping him in that department. After dinner we went to the Hobby Center and waited for quite some time. We had nosebleed seats, but that's ok. There were only two rows above us! The show was still awesome. I think the actors who played Sir Lancelot/French Taunter/Knight who says Ni/Tim the enchanter and the Historian/Not Dead Fred/Prince Herbert were my favorite! Sir Robin was hilarious too. I wish I could have seen David Hyde Pearce play that role. The actress who played the Lady of the Lake was really good, but I was surprised by her resume... it was incredibly short. I think I laughed the entire show. The dancing was awesome. It was great.
We went to the House of Pies afterwards to get some... well... pie. Guess you didn't see that coming, did you? Kenny once again had us laughing like crazy people and disrupting all the people around us. It was so much fun. Poor Dustin had to be at work at 4:45 this morning after all that craziness last night.
I need to take a shower. I wish I could just snap my fingers and be clean.

| Life without school has been kinda' weird. I think I finally caught up with all the sleep I lost this past semester. It's really weird how tired being pregnant makes you. I think I could sleep all day long if I let myself.
I really want to go out of town sometime this summer. I think I'll call my grandparents and see if Dustin and I can go up there one weekend. That sounds wonderful... New Braunfels with just us and the g-parents. I'm quite jealous of my beautiful and wonderful sisters-in-law who are going to the beautiful and wonderful North West for a little over a week. I tried to see if I could fit into one of their suitcases, but with the way they handle those things on airplanes, it probably wouldn't be very good for the baby.

| Today I get to celebrate my first Mother's Day. How weird is that? It's a bit hard to believe when I don't really feel like there's a little bitty baby growing inside me. The nausea helps to remind me, and the constant sleepiness. I go to the doctor again on Thursday and I'll get to see the baby again. Yay! Seeing it always makes it seem more real.
Happy Mother's Day to all of you wonderful mothers!

| I had such a wonderful birthday yesterday! My family is awesome.
Dustin and I had breakfast together, then I got ready for the day and went to take my final at 10:30... except that it was scheduled for 1:00 instead. So Dustin and I went out to Starbucks to get some coffee and chat. I decided to splurge and get a tall caramel frappuccino with a shot poured on top... it was sooooo good! Anyways, I took my final (woo-hoo! school is over!!!), then Dustin and I left for Clear Lake where we had a fabulous lunch at La Madeleine's followed by browsing at Barnes and Nobles for quite some time. We then came home and relaxed until Mom and Dad got home from school. Dad took us out to eat for dinner at the Flaming Wok (yummy!). Mom and I then went to Target and I spent all of my birthday money (assuming I get more........) on clothes. Then we went to Cold Stone and the lady gave me extra ice cream and charged us for less because it was my birthday. Then we came home and Dustin and Kenny rented Shrek 2 (Dustin had never seen a Shrek movie) so we could watch it. The night ended around 12:30 this morning with me crashing into my bed and going to sleep immediately.
Thank you to my wonderful family for such a great birthday!
